What is AmeriMex Wireless?
AmeriMex Wireless, a division of AmeriMex Communications offers Lifeline service, which is a government benefit program that provides discounts on monthly telephone service for eligible low-income consumers. The Lifeline service is a federal assistance program that provides a free phone and 250 minutes every month to qualified individuals who participate in government assistance programs such as:
We believe everyone deserves to have a way to stay connected with their loved ones or a fast way to call if there ever is an emergency. With AmeriMex Wireless you have no monthly bills and no contracts. You receive your 250 minutes every month, automatically! If 250 minutes are not enough, we have additional refill options. If you participate in one of the government assistance programs above or if your household income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guideline please print, fill out, and sign your application. Please send your application along with any additional required information to the fax or address indicated in the application.
Please make sure to read and fill out steps 1 through 4 of the application. Once you have filled out the application, mail or fax the application to the address or fax number specified below. Please make sure to send your application as soon as possible in order to receive your phone in a timely manner.
